A key component of our business expansion is to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Dublin.
Our organisation is a leading provider of recruitment solutions and has been servicing blue-chip companies both nationally and internationally since 2001.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to manage the entire HR process, including hiring engineering/technical recruitment, onboarding, compliant payroll setup and offboarding.
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in managing the full HR process for hiring engineering/technical recruitment.
* Minimum 5 years' experience.
* Strong academic background, must hold a degree.
* Highly energetic and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
* An excellent communicator, negotiator, and networker.
* Organised and efficient with excellent written communications skills.
