Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
* Oversee budgets, cost planning, and tender documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business objectives.
* Manage contracts, variations, and claims in accordance with industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a QS role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
* A proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
