In this role, you will apply your subject matter knowledge in Pharmaceutical/Biological Process. Experience in developing projects or sites from the ground up is a significant advantage.
As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Implementing and maintaining pharmaceutical/biological processes.
* Calculating and organizing data for complex process flow sheets, including instrumentation and control considerations.
* Modeling processes and unit operations.
* Ensuring proper sequence of operations and preparing specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
* Conducting tests and measurements during production to monitor variables such as temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity.
* Servicing, troubleshooting, and resolving engineering problems with processes or equipment in operation.
* Ensuring processes and procedures comply with regulations.
* Managing corrective and preventive actions and investigations, if responsible.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering or scientific field.
