About Sentinel Group
Sentinel Group is a growing, privately owned business operating across regulated and people-critical environments in Ireland and the UK. Our work is fundamentally people-led — both in how we support those in our care and in how we build, train, and retain our teams.
As the business continues to scale, we are investing in stronger people systems, culture, and capability. We are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead that evolution — embedding best-in-class HR governance while shaping a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture across the business.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on HR leadership role based at our Group Headquarters.
The HR Manager will take ownership of Sentinel Group's HR governance, recruitment delivery, onboarding and training frameworks, and performance management systems. This role is central to people, culture, and standards.
