Join us as a Channel Performance and Planning Manager This key role, reporting into the Head of Sales and has overall accountability for the providing a consolidated commercial roadmap for the Three brand covering: Consumer segments and Channel plans by period that support the delivery of the Three brand CEX, Brand and EBIT targets.
You will be responsible for planning, tracking, prioritising and performance managing to plan to ensure the delivery of our sales volume targets on an ongoing basis.
You will achieve this by advising on channel volume split and trading stack up/prioritisation, identifying Retail and Indirect consumer requirements Is and making recommendations on omni-channel sales strategy.
You will act as go to expert within the Commercial Organisation of Three Ireland on all aspects of channel performance and planning.
You will play a key role in in developing a winning commercial organisation that delivers our company goals and sustained performance.
Oversee the evaluation of performance against targets, provide the business with recommendations for improvement, lead cross-functional teams to deliver those improvements, and ratify all channel performance initiatives.
What else it involves Managing and enabling collaboration between channels, consumer and marketing teams to develop detailed channel trading plans that are communicated and understood by all key internal stakeholders.
Managing the cross channel budget setting process Co-ordination and management of cross channel sales plans including Cross-channel sales volume reporting, Channel reporting and indirect volume/revenue performance reporting.
Ad-hoc management information required by Channels.
Working cross functionally to develop and manage a multichannel sales strategy (including a 5 year plan).
Activities include (but are not limited to): Lead on creation/evaluation of and consolidated commercial plan that delivers on acquired, retained and in life cross margin goals.
Lead cross functional groups to ensure excellent execution on our commercial and channel plans.
Provide direction, contract and hold to account channel owners to deliver overall input expectation.
Lead on creation/evaluation of and consolidated channel plans that deliver on margin, costs to acquire, retain and serve, distribution mix and customer experience.
Support the channels with insight and direction which enables them to implement an impactful performance framework that delivers our Three Brand Commercial and CEX goals.
Create sustainable systems and frameworks to drive continuous, fast paced performance improvement based on insight provided by service owners Skills, Experience and Qualifications Proven management experience within a similar commercial position.
Solid experience of working in fast paced, dynamic and changig environments.
Experience in a Mobile Network Operator environment.
Solid management information experience within a Sales environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to convert strategy into operational execution.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes.
Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines.
Appreciation of the customer, their needs and how to meet them.
Strong Commercial Acumen.
Able to galvanise others behind a vision, set clear direction, build, develop, and motivate a high performing team.
Excellent decision making and prioritisation capabilities.
