Company description: Branded Hotel Group Job description: About the position - Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing area sales team - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue - Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each property - Support forecasting, planning, and lead generation initiatives across the hotels - Represent the hotels at client meetings, events, and trade shows - Utilise CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence platforms to maximise efficiency and performance Required profile: The successful candidate - Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales management - Multi-site management experience advantageous - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Commercially aware with strong analytical and organisational skills - Sales-focused, results-driven, and able to influence stakeholders - Knowledge of the Galway market desirable but not essential What we offer: €80k per year + Bonus Skills: Sales of Director
