IAM Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IAM Support Specialist to join our team. As an expert in Identity and Access Management, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our IAM systems.
Responsibilities:
* Support and troubleshoot IAM applications built in Java, Autosys, SQL, and other technologies.
* Utilize monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk to identify and resolve issues.
* Develop and maintain documentation on RCA, SOPs, and KB articles.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree (BS)
* Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
* Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale IAM Systems
