Position
Person in Charge – Permanent Contract, 35 Hours Per Week.
Responsibilities
Co‑ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with the organisation's ethos and values, in a safe, respectful, empathetic, and person‑centred manner that promotes inclusion in community life. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring HIQA standards and regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications
Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).
Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnaimhseachais na hEireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or be entitled to be so registered.
Hold an appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.
Hold NMBI / CORU Registration.
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
Hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to drive as part of the role.
