Asset Management Lead
This position focuses on delivering strategic and operational asset management within Property Services. The role entails driving customer-centric, compliant, and financially sound Asset Management services.
* Pursue strategic priorities and plans related to Asset Management
* Provide leadership in achieving customer-focused, efficient, and effective Asset Management services
* Forge strong relationships with architects, surveyors, employer's agents, and other stakeholders as necessary
This position requires exceptional knowledge of building construction methods and materials, building standards and defects, schedule of rates, building design and services. A solid understanding of relevant statutory frameworks applying to residential properties is also crucial.
