Our office is based in Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
Responsibilities:
· Working as part of a team with maintenance to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards
· Production checks in line with company HACCP and SOPs.
· Completion of daily production record keeping.
· Carrying out audits, including GMP and Traceability audits.
Requirements:
· Food / Science qualification
· A minimum of one year experience in the food industry is required
· HACCP/ Food Safety Knowledge
· Knowledge of Word, Excel other computer software packages
· Problem solver, good communication and good organisational skills
