Responsibilities
* Lead and manage RFI, RFP, PQQ, and ITT processes, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
* Take ownership of the bid process from start to finish, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Maintain and develop an effective tender documentation library for streamlined processes.
* Conduct commercial reviews of contracts, identify risks, and coordinate approvals.
* Prepare compelling presentations and supporting materials for bids and proposals.
* Build strong relationships across the organization and with external vendors to achieve business objectives.
* Stay informed about market trends, new products, and technologies to identify additional opportunities.
* All tenders and bids completed accurately and on time.
* High-quality, well-organized sales materials and documentation.
* Strong collaboration across teams with proactive communication and risk management.
* Positive impact on business growth through strategic insights and opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in bid writing and managing complex proposals.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Strong understanding of B2B contracts and Terms & Conditions.
* Ability to network effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
* High standards of accuracy and professionalism.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
Desirable
* Experience in Telecoms, Utilities, or Critical Network Infrastructure.
Qualifications
* Level 7 or 8 qualification preferred (Diploma or Degree).
