Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A qualified actuary with 3+ years of relevant experience in the life insurance or reinsurance market.
* Solvency II and/or financial reporting experience are essential.
* Experience of the Irish life (re)insurance market is desirable.
* Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate analysis and insights in plain English.
* Ability to develop and mentor junior staff, including technical training and performance management.
