The Client:
Our client is a leading Tier 1 residential developer specialising in high-density apartments and houses, reaching up to 10+ floors in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA). They are renowned for their multi-phase and multi-year developments.
The Opportunity:
Our client seeks to invest in an exceptional individual capable of delivering large and complex residential projects with a developer's mindset. The focus is on quality, safety, and efficient delivery. This critical role is integrated into the group's planned growth trajectory and succession strategy at the senior management level.
The Candidate:
1. Several years of site/project management experience, with at least three years at the Project Manager level.
2. Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, both in terms of timelines and commercial outcomes.
3. Effective motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness are essential.
4. A driving ambition to join the senior management team, with promotional prospects achievable based on performance.
5. Suitable for existing Senior Engineers/Site Managers seeking progression within a large organisation.
6. Also ideal for candidates returning home from the UK or overseas.
