Campions Garage is looking for a friendly, professional, well organized administrator to join our team.
This is a part time role and is suitable for someone, who enjoys working in a customer front facing position, while supporting the day to day administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
:
Meet and Greet Customers and deal with all Front of House duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
Manage all incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries
Schedule Appointments and Maintain Service Bookings
Assist with invoicing, data entry and general office administration
Support the workshop team with documentation and communication
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Requirements
Previous Experience In a Receptionist Or Administrative Role Preferred
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ensure all payments are recorded correctly
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Flexibility based on the needs of the business
Excellent Computer Skills
