Campions Garage is looking for a friendly, professional, well organized administrator to join our team. This is a part time role and is suitable for someone, who enjoys working in a customer front facing position, while supporting the day to day administrative role.
Key Responsibilities :
* Meet and Greet Customers and deal with all Front of House duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Manage all incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries
* Schedule Appointments and Maintain Service Bookings
* Assist with invoicing, data entry and general office administration
* Support the workshop team with documentation and communication
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Requirements
* Previous Experience In a Receptionist Or Administrative Role Preferred
* Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
* Strong Attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ensure all payments are recorded correctly
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Flexibility based on the needs of the business
* Excellent Computer Skills

Pay: €27,250.00-€28,250.00 per year
