Job Title: Hotel Front Office Supervisor

* Training and developing existing and new staff members through the use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Providing excellent customer care, handling guest queries, complaints, and suggestions in a prompt and professional manner.
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, contributing to a culture of high-quality standards.
Requirements:
