Overview
The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team supports markets with GTM, seller territories mapping and assignment, sales force optimization, performance and incentives. This group plays a critical role in the company’s transformation into a data driven organization.
This role will be responsible for maintaining commercial team mapping and optimization, supporting the business in target setting and running incentives calculations.
How You\'ll Create Impact
* Territory Management On Varicent Sales Planning: Work with the business to maintain and update commercial teams territories mapping on the Varicent Sales Planning platform
* Sales Force Performance Management: Ensure that the commercial team performance on Power BI aligns with mapping and rules on the working platform (Varicent SP)
* Support quarterly and yearly target setting and incentive calculation
* Run data validation and reconciliation
* Manage exceptions and respond to Senior Leadership requests
* Answer business inquiries
Analysis & Data Insights For Leadership Team
* Ability to create models for providing business insights to the Leadership team
You Bring The Following Skills & Qualifications
* BSc or MSc in data analytics or related field
* Analytical ability to gather data, perform complex analysis, and solve business and technical problems
* Min 3 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or Healthcare consulting (preferably Orthopedics) using data analysis tools
* Knowledge of digital systems such as Power BI
* High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with a diverse team
* Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Interest in new technologies in healthcare (e.g., robotics or digital health)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
Special Expertise
* SQL and Python programming
* Strong Excel skills
* Ability to clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy
* Data mining and machine learning expertise
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
* Italian & English language proficiency
