Job Summary
This is a senior engineering leadership role that oversees the overall operations and maintenance of facilities and utilities. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and global engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage engineering spend and oversee site capital portfolio
* Maintain operations and compliance of facilities and utilities team
* Ensure environmental compliance and implement sustainable practices
* Develop and manage risk-based maintenance plans to minimize downtime
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
The incumbent will supervise a team of 8 multidisciplinary engineers and approximately 25 employees. They will be responsible for developing staff capabilities and competencies in technical, quality, safety, project management, and business management.
Education Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business is required, or equivalent experience as a business leader in a manufacturing, engineering, or quality role.
Accountability / Scope
The position reports directly to the site director and actively participates in the site leadership team.
