Registered Mental Health Nurse
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical experience and work in various care settings in Dublin. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting ongoing assessments of patients' mental and physical health.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental and physical health to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
* Creating individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.
* Administering medications and monitoring patient responses to ensure safe and effective treatment.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records to track patient progress and outcomes.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support to patients.
Candidate requirements include:
* Current registration with the Psychiatric Division of the NMBI.
* Relevant qualifications and up-to-date HSE-required certifications (e.g., TMVA/MAPA, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
* Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland and currently based in Ireland.
