About the Role
We are working with a leading Wealth Management firm to add a Risk and Compliance Assurance Associate to their team in Dublin. The role-holder will assist in the full lifecycle of an assurance review from initial notification to development of recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with monitoring and testing of adherence to Group Policy and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to the development of the annual Risk & Compliance Assurance Plan.
* Support the completion of the enterprise-wide annual Compliance Risk Assessment.
* Collaborate with 1LoD to develop actions addressing control gaps or enhancements.
* Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation, including other 2LoD functions and Group representatives.
Requirements
* Risk management/regulatory compliance/regulatory experience is advantageous.
* Experience working in/with financial services regulated entities is preferable.
* A willingness to gain knowledge of relevant regulation and the regulatory environment.
* Effective stakeholder management, communication, and report writing skills.
* An ACOI qualification or equivalent is desirable.
