About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who shares our vision for a stronger, more connected community. The Community Development Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including coordinating events, managing budgets, and supervising staff and volunteers. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing new programmes and services, and for building strong relationships with local groups, funders, and public bodies.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, and will be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A degree in a relevant field, such as community development or social sciences, would be an advantage.
