We are looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
to take on a senior, high-impact role within a dynamic organisation for a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will work closely with leadership, providing strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement, and retention across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional to influence people strategy at a senior level while supporting day-to-day HR operations and shaping the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities
Partner with leadership to implement people strategies that support business goals
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
Lead workforce and resource planning to ensure the right capability for the future
Coach and support managers on performance management, probation, and employee relations
Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings
Support talent management and succession planning, ensuring clear action plans are in place
Prepare and present HR updates, metrics, and people insights at leadership meetings
Oversee the annual pay review process
Provide day-to-day HR guidance across the organisation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
What we're looking for
Strong experience in a HRBP or senior HR role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong influencing, coaching, and presentation skills
Confidence and resilience in a dynamic, evolving environment
Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar is desirable
Qualifications
Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or a related field
CIPD membership is an advantage but not essential
