As a General Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of duties.
Responsibilities
Production Preparation – Assist in the production of prestressed hollowcore units, including preparation and cleaning of beds for casting.
Machinery Operation – Operate a variety of equipment specifically designed for the prestress hollowcore production process.
Problem‑Solving – Identify and resolve issues that may arise during production setup.
Safety Compliance – Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment; utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols.
Skills Required
Experience in precast concrete or construction environments.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
