PRODUCTION PLANNER - MANUFACTURING & OPERATIONS Our client, a well-established organisation in the food production and processing sector, is seeking a Production Planner to join their growing operations team. THE ROLE: The Production Planner will be responsible for: Preparing and managing daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand. Collaborating with production, purchasing, warehousing, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitoring raw material availability, inventory levels, and capacity requirements. Updating planning systems and communicating schedule changes effectively to internal teams. Identifying improvements in scheduling efficiency and production flow. Ensuring all planning activities align with company quality and safety standards. This is a key role supporting the overall efficiency and output of the production facility. THE PERSON: Our client is seeking candidates who: Have experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar operations role. Come from a manufacturing environment (food production experience beneficial). Possess strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Can work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities. Have experience with planning software or ERP systems (advantageous).
