About Cheshire Ireland
Cheshire Ireland, with the support of HSE funding, provides individualised, person-centred supports to adults with physical disabilities and neurological conditions in Ireland. Supporting the organisation in maintaining strong governance practice

Specific Expertise Sought
We are particularly interested in Board members with experience in one or more of the following areas:

ICT strategy and digital transformation

Information systems governance and risk management
ICT infrastructure, systems implementation, or digital innovation
Regulatory or compliance frameworks relating to cyber security

Person Specification
The successful candidate will:

Have significant professional experience in ICT, cyber security, or digital strategy
Demonstrate strong governance awareness and strategic thinking
Be committed to the mission and values of Cheshire Ireland
Be able to contribute constructively to Board discussions and decision-making
Have the time and availability to attend Board meetings and participate in relevant committees

Previous Board experience is welcome but not essential.
Board Meetings

Meetings are usually held in the head office of Cheshire Ireland, IFC House, Ballymount Industrial Estate, Dublin 24 or within one of its services. Please note however remote access is possible and all reasonable accommodations will be considered and facilitated where possible.
