Job Title: Building Services Manager
The Building Services Manager plays a key role in the management and implementation of building services.
* This position is responsible for overseeing all electrical/mechanical activities, managing resources efficiently, and upholding quality and safety standards.
* Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing & coordinating all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle from pre-construction & planning to construction, testing & commissioning;
2. Coordinating design team information & details in time for project delivery activities;
3. Ensuring implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project;
4. Ensuring all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety;
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues. Strong client focus is also essential. The role requires mechanical/electrical third-level qualification or equivalent experience. 7 years' experience in building services co-ordination along with previous main contractor experience are preferred.
