We are currently seeking to recruit a Supervising Pharmacist on a Fixed Term Contract basis for our Allcare store in Glin, Limerick.
This is a 40 hour position with store hours operating between 9 a.m.
to 6 p.m.
Monday to Saturday.

A Pension Scheme is offered with a company contribution of up to 7% of the annual salary (subject to completing probation).
Holidays begin at 8% of hours worked p.a., with number of days increasing with tenure.
SVP KPI based bonus once a quarter.
CPD hours allowance annually – 10 hours.
Premium Rate on Sunday Shifts (1.5 x Normal Rate).

Responsibilities Be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary.
Take final responsibility within the store for Stock Management specifically relating to purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking.
Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to.
Take final responsibility for Pharmacy Presentation Standards.
Drive business within the dispensary and store.
Pro-actively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times.
Qualifications & Experience Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage but full training will be given to those coming from other backgrounds.
Proven people management.
Must be capable of working on own initiative.
Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities.
Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment.
Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
