Key Responsibilities:
* Process expense payments, including ongoing reporting
* Prepare VAT returns
* Record, allocate, and reconcile rent and other income for property funds
* Cash forecasting, exposure monitoring, verification of fund valuations
* Investigate and resolve queries from third parties and portfolio managers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum three years of experience in financial services
* Strong time management capabilities
