Job Title: Director - Chemical Development About the Role: * Establish and lead a chemical development laboratory team of chemists, analysts, and chemical engineers. * Promote seamless tech transfer into commercial facilities while ensuring right-first-time validation. * Collaborate with global teams to advance process characterisation and manufacturability thinking in development plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drug substance late-stage development, technology transfer understanding of GMP manufacture. They must also possess a deep knowledge of regulatory expectations (ICH Q8–Q11), cGMP compliance standards, SHE principles, data integrity practices. Additionally they should be well-versed in implementing digital tools for knowledge management & continuous improvement.
