If you have an engineering mindset and excellent communication skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to be the technical and commercial bridge between our clients and our specialized products.What You'll Do:Manage the entire client enquiry process-from the first phone call to the final delivery of parts on-site.Handle inbound technical queries from major pharmaceutical clients.Assist clients in selecting the best-fit equipment such as pumps, valves, and stainless steel pipework by leveraging your technical knowledge.Manage daily administrative tasks, including costing, scheduling, pricing, and RFQ handling.Who We're Looking For:Engineering qualified: in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering being a strong advantage.Solid understanding of the mechanics of equipment.An exceptional communicator. Great at building rapport and providing clear, effective support.Self starter, proactive and organised.This is a permanent, office-based role where you'll be an essential part of a collaborative team.
