This role is central to our objective of scaling high-quality data operations through intelligent, automated, and user-centric tools.Working with our talented engineering team in Brno Czechia, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a platform that streamlines onboarding, training, compliance, and workflow - leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, personalization, and scalability. Experience in AI-driven product development will be a strong advantage.Job OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and own the product roadmap for the internal worker onboarding system, with a focus on AI-enhanced capabilities. Align product goals with business objectives and the evolving needs of our AI data workforce.AI-Driven InnovationCollaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI into onboarding workflows - e.g., intelligent training modules, adaptive assessments, and predictive performance insights. Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within the product.User-Centered DesignPartner with UX teams to ensure the system is intuitive, easy to use and optimized for a global workforce. Conduct user research and testing to validate product decisions and improve usability.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with engineering and our operations team to deliver a secure, compliant, and scalable solution. Coordinate with external clients to ensure alignment with data quality and privacy standards.Execution & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into detailed product specs and user stories. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Continuously deliver value by prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.Data & PerformanceImplement analytics to monitor onboarding efficiency, worker engagement, and system performance. Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.Skills & Experience5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager in internal tools, workforce platforms, or enterprise systems. Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and user experience design. Experience with AI-driven product development or working with machine learning teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
