My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join exciting educational project in Dublin City.
In this role, you will coordinate the M&E design and ensure all technical aspects are managed effectively, from design analysis to compliance.
Your mission will involve managing the flow of M&E information, ensuring designs are within budget, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Review M&E design information and conduct a full design gap analysis in collaboration with the project team Coordinate the timely release of M&E design information for construction activities Manage the submission and approval process for M&E technical equipment and design drawings Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, client, and company requirements Ensure M&E designs are cost-effective, meet contract deliverables, and do not exceed the budgeted cost Oversee subcontractor compliance with the company's Safety Management System and quality requirements Maintain accurate meeting minutes for subcontractor meetings Assist with the review and preparation of subcontractor monthly and final accounts Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience working on large-scale construction or engineering projects Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) Background in M&E with previous experience in Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-Use developments Proficient in BIM, MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software Ability to meet challenging work goals while maximizing efficiency Benefits: €65,000 -€70,000 8% pension contribution Private Health Insurance 28 days annual leave Learning & Development opportunities with internal progression encouraged If you are an M&E Coordinator considering a career move, please reach out to Eve Dobson for a confidential discussion.
