HR Executive/Analyst
This is an opportunity to work with a North Cork business in all areas of HR, supported by the HR Manager. You will be mostly autonomous in the role with full support from the HR Manager. Beyond the day-to-day HR function, you will also apply strong analytical skills to collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics:
You will participate in all areas of HR and be very involved in collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from various sources, including time and attendance systems, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, 1 to 1 coaching sessions, Training database (nVolve), and other systems in place.
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to the HR Manager.
Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve organizational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.
Recruitment/Onboarding/Retention/Review
Arrange and conduct inductions for all new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to induction on site.
Data Management
Cleanse data to ensure it is up to date and meaningful, allowing for correct and accurate reporting and data.
Compliance
Conduct internal HR compliance audits, either independently or with assistance.
HR Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR queries, with support from the HR Manager for more complex issues.

Proficient with or ability to quickly navigate organization's software platforms, e.g., TMS, nVolve
Strong administrative skills, background, and qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
