Asset Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role involves developing and implementing asset strategies, working closely with the construction team to align renovation, redevelopment, and acquisition plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property market dynamics and construction processes. They will also possess excellent financial acumen and be able to develop actionable strategies for asset optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting for both residential and commercial assets
* Developing and implementing asset strategies to enhance property value and profitability
* Collaborating with the construction team to align renovation, redevelopment, and acquisition plans
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing residential properties, with some exposure to commercial asset management
* Strong understanding of property market dynamics and construction processes
* Excellent financial acumen and ability to develop actionable strategies for asset optimization
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* A degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
