Health & Safety Advisor – West Dublin

We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction company operating across the Dublin West. This is a key role focused on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing risk across multiple live sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce H&S policies across all sites
Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training
Support RAMS, site safety plans, and compliance documentation
Liaise with site teams, management, and external bodies
Requirements:
Level 7 Health & Safety qualification (preferable)
2–5 years' construction H&S experience
Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Full driving licence and willingness to travel
