Your Role as Director of Nursing: ?? Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional person-centred care. ?? Ensure HIQA compliance and best practice standards are met across all clinical areas. ?? Oversee internal audits, staff training, and development to maintain high-quality care. ?? Implement Health & Safety policies to protect residents, staff, and visitors. What Were Looking For: ? Qualified Nurse (NMBI registered) with at least 3 years of management experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person. ? Post-registration management qualification in healthcare or a related field. ? Proven track record in clinical leadership and regulatory compliance. ? Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills. ? Ability to motivate and support a team while driving high standards of care. ?
