This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in statutory reporting and regulatory submissions to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic team. The position is hybrid, offering the flexibility of both working from home and in the company's modern City Centre offices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and audit of statutory financial statements. Manage quarterly and annual regulatory returns to the Central Bank of Ireland. Prepare board-level reporting for the CFO. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Collaborate with Actuarial Reporting and Actuarial teams. Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory compliance. Maintain detailed process documentation and drive continuous improvement. Other ad-hoc duties that might arise.
