The Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads Performance Specialist to join us on a part-time contract basis, with a clear pathway to full-time as we scale.
This is a hands-on role focused purely on campaign execution and optimisation across Facebook and Instagram. You'll work directly with the owner and alongside experienced Account Managers, taking ownership of day-to-day performance across both client accounts and Hendrick's own lead generation campaigns.
This is not an account management or client-facing role.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Building, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
* Owning day-to-day performance across multiple client accounts
* Managing budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions
* Testing and iterating creatives, audiences, and offers
* Identifying and addressing creative fatigue and performance drops
* Running and optimising Hendrick Growth Partners own acquisition campaigns
* Working closely with the owner and Account Managers to translate strategy into execution
* Applying lead-quality feedback to improve campaign outcomes
* Helping document and refine repeatable ad frameworks for trades and construction niches
What We're Looking For
* Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads for lead generation
* Comfortable managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
* Commercially minded — understands CPL, lead quality, and client outcomes
* Experience with local services, trades, or construction is a strong advantage
* Able to work autonomously and take ownership of results
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Agency experience is helpful but not essential

Contract Details

Qualifications
* Strong analytical and data analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
* Proficiency in performance testing and management to refine advertising strategies
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting performance insights
* Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms and best practices is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently and in a remote setting, meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Location: Remote (Ireland / UK preferred)
