The role of Business Development Executive presents a unique opportunity to drive market expansion across the West of Ireland and the Midlands.
Job Description
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across the region. This involves advising clients and contractors on the technical aspects of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) systems, working closely with architects, developers, and builders from pre-construction to on-site execution, and delivering commercially sound, technically robust solutions.
You will play a crucial role in supporting marketing efforts through CPDs, events, and digital campaigns, and contribute to brand development and market engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking an individual with:
* A well-established network in the West of Ireland and Midlands construction markets;
* Proven ability to self-manage and drive results autonomously;
* Strong collaboration experience with contractors, both on- and off-site;
* Commercial acumen, confident with margins, negotiation, and closing deals;
* Familiarity with ICF or willingness to build strong product knowledge;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
