Meetings Coordinator Job Opportunity
The Hyatt Centric hotel is seeking a Meetings Coordinator to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage BEOs and assist with meetings and events sales enquiries
* Meet and greet clients, and support the sales & event team in an administrative capacity
* Receive and convert incoming enquiries
* Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Requirements:
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent organisational and administration skills with the ability to multitask
* Positive attitude and fantastic communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role at a hotel or events venue
* Degree in Hospitality / Event Management (optional) or recent graduate
