This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading hotel in Midleton, Co. Cork, as a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day HR function on-site and play a key role in supporting management across all areas of people management.

About the Role:

* Oversight of all daily administrative HR duties on-site.

* Foster a culture of employee engagement and open communication.

* Act as the point of contact for employee queries and issues.

* Support Heads of Department with recruitment, training, and performance management.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

* Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
">
* Ensure statutory training is scheduled and recorded.
">
* Advise on employee relations issues and support disciplinary/grievance processes.
">
* Submit accurate weekly payroll information.
">
* Assist in implementing group-wide HR projects and initiatives.

* Monitor absenteeism and support return-to-work processes.
">

Candidate Requirements:
">

* Qualification in Human Resources Management or currently pursuing one.
">
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR role, ideally in a hospitality or service-based setting.
">
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
">
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
">
* Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
">
* Confident supporting managers and dealing with conflict or sensitive matters.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
