Job Description
The Production Operator works within the Operations/Logistics Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Operate to a high standard under all established SOP & procedures.
* Carry out all aspects of kitting according to standard operation procedure.
* Maintain all work areas in an orderly fashion as per SOP.
* Perform all LAL Production related activities including, glassware preparation, cleaning, labeling, packaging & SAP transactions.
* Responsible for labeling of non-licensed products, final product inspection, preparation and finishing of accessory products, and general environmental upkeep.
* Prepare, maintain, and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials kitted & shipped.
* GDP compliant.
* Coordinate with Planning department & Logistics Management to ensure all work is performed as required.
* Perform all other related duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Job Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Able to demonstrate a track record of related experience in a similar environment.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
* Other: Must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; attention to detail, computer literacy; and the ability to interact appropriately at all levels.
* Ideally Awareness of supply chain processes and best practices.
