Donor Care Co-ordinatorReporting to: Head of Fundraising & CommunicationsLine managing: Donor care team of 6 peopleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for and experience in donor care. This role will play a vital part in the Fundraising and Communications team, and will be integral to achieving MQI's ambitious fundraising targets. This role is of strategic importance in the delivery of best-in-class fundraising performance across the donor care team. As the key point of collaboration between the donor care and fundraising teams, this person will drive fundraising performance improvement through the delivery of donor care excellence.Key responsibilities:Manage a high performing team of six to deliver the highest standards of donor care.Ensure the smooth and efficient operational running of donor engagement, daily donation lodgement and acknowledgment processes.Deliver and record department training to ensure clear understanding of policy, procedure, and implementation guides within the donor care team.Work with finance and fundraising teams to provide accurate and timely information during annual audit & monthly reconciliation processes.Drive improvements in fundraising income and donor retention with a particular focus on improving donor journeys, supporting annual tax campaign and managing telemarketing activityDrive operational efficiency within the donor care team - manage relevant donor care IT support infrastructureand lead on the management of our database.Ensure all donor care activities are in line with data privacy and fundraising standards.Lead on the GDPR compliance for the Department, reviewing and updating process and procedures as needed.
