Customer Relationship Manager Role Overview
This key position focuses on delivering an exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* The effective onboarding of new group pension schemes.
* Managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients through proactive relationship management.
* The coordination and delivery of multiple projects to support the acquisition, implementation, and transition of all DC scheme member records and associated assets.
* Ensuring that clients receive a coordinated quality service by proactively working with Sales, Operations, and other service delivery areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
* A minimum of six years' business experience, preferably specializing in HR or employee benefits management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling confidence to work proactively with companies and employee benefit professionals.
* Good presentation, organizational, influencing, and planning skills, allowing effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
* Experience of influencing industry bodies, driving strategic partnerships and collaborations.
