My client, a leading global technology provider, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the success of their product portfolio and oversee new product introduction (NPI) initiatives. This is a strategic role that blends leadership, product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions to a growing international customer base.
You'll take ownership of guiding new product launches from concept to market, ensuring they align with business goals and evolving industry needs. This position will suit someone with proven experience in leading product strategies, shaping roadmaps, and delivering results in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end product planning and delivery, including NPI initiatives.
2. Define product strategies and roadmaps in line with business objectives.
3. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure successful launches.
4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
5. Track performance metrics and optimise outcomes.
6. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the organisation.
Requirements:
7. 10+ years' experience in product management or related roles.
8. Strong track record managing NPI or product lifecycle initiatives.
9. Background in SaaS, cloud, or technology-driven environments advantageous.
10. Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.
11. Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
12. Comfortable working in global and fast-paced settings.
