Nursing Home Leadership Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Director to support the senior leadership team in the day-to-day management of a newly refurbished nursing home. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults.
The Director of Nursing plays a key leadership role in supporting the organisation, management, and operation of the nursing home. You will help maintain excellent standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
• Support the Director of Nursing with clinical governance and operational management
• Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and National Quality Standards
• Promote high-standard person-centred care that meets residents' physical, emotional, social, spiritual needs
• Provide leadership guidance supervision on nursing teams
