On behalf of our client, We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering software and digital projects using Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of software and digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote agile best practices. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and manage expectations. Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Drive continuous improvement within the project team to optimise delivery. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software, IT, or digital environments. Proven success in managing Agile/Scrum or hybrid Agile projects. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. Experience in risk management, change control, and reporting.
