Senior Business Development Representative – North America Remote (Remote, East & Central Time Zones)Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. Our powerful, purpose-built software platform is transforming validation processes across the Life Sciences industry, helping global leaders increase speed, precision, compliance, and efficiency.As we expand our global footprint and scale our go-to-market strategy, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative (Senior BDR) to join our high-performing Business Development team.Position SummaryReporting to the Global BDR Manager and working closely with Sales Directors, the Senior BDR plays a pivotal role in driving Kneat's growth by creating high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound opportunities. This role also involves mentoring BDR peers, contributing to strategic outreach initiatives, and ensuring the highest quality engagement with strategic accounts.This is a fully remote role (North America Remote, East & Central Time Zones) requiring flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet and exceed SQL and opportunity creation targetsLead and execute outbound strategies for strategic accounts, leveraging account-based selling, multi-channel engagement, and industry insightsPartner with Sales Directors on account strategy, territory planning, and outreach execution to drive revenue growthMentor and coach junior BDRs, sharing prospecting techniques, messaging approaches, and best practices for opportunity generationLead with a data-driven approach, leveraging HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to track performance and optimize outreachConduct detailed account research to create tailored campaigns and identify opportunities for Kneat's digital validation platformEngage with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts to uncover business challenges and position Kneat's valueCollaborate with Marketing on campaign execution, lead nurturing workflows, and conversion optimizationProvide actionable field feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and positioningRepresent Kneat at virtual and in-person industry events, engaging with prospects and strengthening Kneat's brand presenceQualifications2+ years of BDR/SDR experience with proven success in B2B SaaS pipeline generation (including 1+ year as outbound pipeline creation)Track record of building outbound pipeline in complex selling environments, ideally within regulated industries (Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, etc.)Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust tactics based on performance insightsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritiesSelf-motivated, ambitious, and driven to exceed pipeline and revenue contribution goalsExperience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorNatural collaborator with the ability to mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing team cultureNice to HavesExperience in a global B2B SaaS company serving highly regulated industries (Life Sciences, Biopharma, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, etc.)Knowledge of validation, compliance, or quality processes in regulated industriesWhat We Offer YouAt Kneat, we value collaboration, innovation, and growth.
