We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Junior HR Administrator to join Albany Beck as a consultant, supporting a financial services client undergoing an exciting and ambitious HR transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in HR to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping to shape the future of an evolving HR function.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day tasks while also having the opportunity to get involved in some of the organisation’s bigger-picture transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a safe, dependable pair of hands across general HR administration.
* Managing the centralised HR mailbox and responding to employee queries (e.g., maternity leave, line management concerns, credit card access).
* Supporting coordination and communication between HR teams across two banks.
* Helping maintain and improve HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
* Providing assistance in areas like performance management, talent development, and leadership initiatives.
* Supporting the implementation of SuccessFactors for internal hiring and performance.
* Assisting with the development of a new housing policy framework.
What We’re Looking For
* Some prior HR or administrative experience is ideal – but attitude, organisation, and reliability are just as important.
* Proactive and helpful – you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to support wherever needed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be liaising with people across various business areas.
* An interest in learning and growing within HR – and, if you want to get involved in specialist projects, there will be opportunities to do so.
