MES Engineer Job Position
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years' experience as an MES system specialist and knowledge in designing, configuring and implementing MES systems within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
* Authoring MES recipes to ensure accurate and up-to-date MES content that aligns with facility objectives of High Product Quality and Lean Manufacturing.
* Participating in testing and validation activities for MES recipes and related configurations.
* Contributing to the creation of MES deliverables such as design documents and validation protocols.
* Developing MES recipes in line with corporate design standards.
* MES system administration including third-party interfaces like SAP/LIMS/DeltaV.
* MES System Syncade functionality for equipment, material management, reports, and inventory control.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As an MES Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of MES systems with other business processes. This includes:
* Designing and implementing MES system configurations.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain MES recipes.
