HR Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our organisation. As the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, you will be responsible for providing specialist support across our company sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Professional looking for a fast-paced role that offers full autonomy across the HR remit. You will have the support of a HR Consultancy and Senior Management Team, allowing you to excel in your position.
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive the recruitment lifecycle from crafting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and onboarding new team members.
* Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions and grievance processes with fairness and consistency.
* Culture & Engagement: Partner with other departments to create staff newsletters and coordinate initiatives that boost morale and strengthen team spirit.
* Health & Wellbeing: Champion employee wellbeing by promoting the Employee Assistance Programme and organising health-focused events throughout the year.
* HR Advisory Support: Offer strategic HR advice to managers and leadership, supporting decision-making and ensuring consistent policy application.
* Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, design development plans, and facilitate training opportunities to promote continuous learning.
You will require a minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience, an HR Degree or CIPD Qualification, and skills in utilising HRIS Systems, conducting ER cases, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
